- Appoints HSSE focal points
- Provides advise on HSSE improvements to BoD
- Brainstorms solutions to current HSSE issues and necessary strategies to address HSSE risks
- Proposes updates to HSSE policy to BoD
- Enforces HSSE policy and takes necessary measures to prevent HSSE issues
