- Head by school academic principal and members include school middle management
- Acts as a liaison between parents\community and school top management
- Listen to parents’ voices and manage possible resistance through addressing their concerns
- Communicate to parents key school milestones and events
- Create awareness to school philosophy and policies
- Obtain parents buy-in and support of community interests
- Obtain improvement suggestions from parents and communicate to Continuous Improvement Committee
